CENIT in demand again after capital increase due to ISR takeover and EBITDA gain
After the price drop from the capital increase, CENIT shares have recovered from around €6.80 to above €8. The full takeover of ISR (acquired for a low double‑digit million amount; new shares issued at €6.50) reduces technical selling pressure and brings data‑analytics/AI expertise with more than €20m in revenue and a 14% EBIT margin. Operationally, CENIT improved: H1 revenue €104.7m, EBITDA rose from €1.2m to €8.5m; the management board confirms the annual guidance of about €210m revenue and €18m EBITDA. Analysts expect EBITDA of around €24m and EPS of about €0.72 for 2027, which values the stock at a P/E of roughly 11 despite dilution. » More on finanzen.net
CENIT: chairman and deputy chair resign, request for court appointments
Rainer-Christian Koppitz and Regina Weinmann are resigning their positions on CENIT’s supervisory board with effect from 27 September 2026. After the resignations only one supervisory board member will remain; the management board and supervisory board are therefore applying to the court to appoint Klaus Weinmann and Uwe Kemm as supervisory board members until the next annual general meeting. Koppitz cites changed time commitments as the reason; Weinmann wants to make room for an independent member. » More on de.investing.com
Cenit raises EBITDA significantly in H1 2026 and announces capital increase
Cenit slightly increased revenue to €104.66m in the first half of 2026, but boosted EBITDA disproportionately to €8.52m (H1 2025: €1.20m), supported by higher‑margin revenues and cost savings from the restructuring program “Project Performance”. The company plans a capital increase of 1.67 million new shares (20% of the outstanding shares) at a subscription price of €6.50 per share, which should raise roughly €10.88m gross; major shareholder PRIMEPULSE has committed to fully exercise its subscription rights. GBC lowers its price target to €14.15 (previously €16.00), attributing the reduction mainly to dilution effects and confirming its “buy” rating. » More on finanzen.net
