Cham Swiss Properties fully leases Lindenpark office building in Baar before construction starts
Cham Swiss Properties has signed a long-term lease for around 15,000 m² of office space in the six-storey timber-hybrid Lindenpark building in Baar with a Swiss financial institution. The building permit has been granted, work will begin later this year, and handover to the tenant is scheduled for late 2029; the building is planned to be SNBS Gold certified. The real estate portfolio is currently valued at about 1.8 billion Swiss francs and is expected to grow to around 3 billion after completion of ongoing projects, generating annual rental income of more than 100 million Swiss francs. » More on finanzen.net
Cham Swiss Properties increases rental income and advances construction projects
Cham Swiss Properties increased rental income in the first half of 2026 by 5% to CHF 13.7m after full consolidation of the Ina Invest portfolio, with a vacancy rate of 5% and a portfolio of CHF 1.76bn. Net profit and revaluations were significantly lower (net profit CHF 8.4m; revaluations CHF 6.4m); EBIT excluding revaluations amounted to CHF 5.5m.
