    Cham Swiss Properties has signed a long-term lease for around 15,000 m² of office space in the six-storey timber-hybrid Lindenpark building in Baar with a Swiss financial institution. The building permit has been granted, work will begin later this year, and handover to the tenant is scheduled for late 2029; the building is planned to be SNBS Gold certified.
