Compass Group has admitted bonds of €250,000,000 with maturity until 2035 and a coupon of 3.50% to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The new securities (temporary ISIN XS3490003855) will be consolidated with an existing €750,000,000 bond with the same coupon and maturity year (ISIN XS3232968985, issued on 15 January 2026). The trading admission took effect on the day of publication; the issuance was made on the basis of a prospectus dated 18 June 2026.
