CPU Softwarehouse burdens 2025 result with non-recurring impairment

CPU Softwarehouse writes off capitalized intangible assets from 2021–2023 of its subsidiary CPU Consulting & Software on a lump-sum basis. The one-off effect increases the expected consolidated loss burden for 2025 by around −1,009 TEUR and worsens the previously forecast result of −878 TEUR. The management board and supervisory board have initiated measures to improve results and expect an approximately break-even result for 2026.
