Dexus Industria REIT beats FFO guidance for 2026 but gives cautious outlook for 2027
Dexus Industria REIT reported FFO of AUD 55.7m for FY2026 (AUD 0.176 per unit), exceeding its upgraded guidance. Drivers included like‑for‑like revenue growth of 5.3%, high occupancy of 98.8% and reletting spreads of 21.4%; higher borrowing costs and the sale of a property weighed on reported earnings. Management increased the buy‑back program to 5% and expects reported FFO for 2027 to be broadly flat at around AUD 0.17 per unit, as interest costs and the restructuring of hedging arrangements press on results. The trust highlights a significant development pipeline (including Jandakot), plans to keep gearing below 35% and shows a discount to NTA of about 29%. » More on de.investing.com
