  • Friedrich Vorwerk raises 2026 targets, stock breaks through downtrend

Friedrich Vorwerk has once again raised its 2026 targets after preliminary Q3 figures: revenue now €760–790 million and EBITDA €220–230 million. The positive earnings revision pushed the share price above the downtrend line and temporarily above the 200-day line, although the level could not be maintained. Crucial for further upside potential is holding support at €68/69 and a sustained break above the 200-day line at around €72. » More on finanzen.net

  • Friedrich Vorwerk raises forecast — shares climb after strong quarterly figures

Friedrich Vorwerk raised its full-year target after strong preliminary numbers for the third quarter; the share price rose by around 11 percent by midday to the highest level since early September and exceeded the 200-day moving average. Analyst Nikolas Demeter of Metzler was surprised by the significantly higher EBITDA and sees further upside with a price target of 120 euros, remaining on buy. MWB Research praises the favorable project mix but points to a falling order backlog and a markedly lower order intake (almost 130 million euros, more than one third below the prior year) and keeps its rating at hold. » More on finanzen.net

  • FRIEDRICH VORWERK raises annual targets; MBB raises margin forecast

FRIEDRICH VORWERK has again raised its forecasts for 2026 after a record quarter and now expects EBITDA of €220–230 million on revenue of €760–790 million. In the third quarter, preliminary revenue rose to €228.3 million and operating profit to almost €81 million, both records. Major shareholder MBB raised its margin expectation to 22–24 percent and also reported a strong third quarter. Jefferies criticized the nearly 20 percent fall in the order backlog to around €1.25 billion, raising potential questions about the sustainability of the profit increase. » More on finanzen.net
