Quick brings more than 20 years of experience in e-discovery, data analytics and legal technology and has led extensive projects for large corporations and law firms as well as managed litigation portfolios of up to 500 cases per year. She has expertise in construction law disputes, document management systems and the use of machine learning and predictive coding. FTI Consulting has increased its unsecured senior revolving credit line from $900 million to $1.5 billion and extended the term to June 30, 2031. The third amendment to the credit agreement provides more favorable terms following an investment-grade upgrade by S&P, modifies covenants and removes certain restrictive clauses. The company may use the funds for working capital, investments, debt repayments, buybacks and permitted acquisitions; CFO Angela Nam says the changes strengthened the financial position and capital-allocation flexibility.
