Galderma acquires ZO Skin Health for $1.5 billion
Galderma is buying the US brand ZO Skin Health for $1.5 billion in cash, financed from cash on hand and bank loans. The transaction is expected to close in late 2026 or early 2027 and is anticipated to be neutral to adjusted earnings per share in the first full fiscal year. For 2027 Galderma expects a slight dilution of the adjusted EBITDA margin, with the margin expected to roughly align with the group average again from 2028. ZO complements the existing portfolio, which includes brands such as Cetaphil and Alastin, and strengthens Galdermaâs position in the physician-dispensed medical skincare market. » More on finanzen.net
