Getinge hits 52-week high after strong Q2 results

Getinge reported strong organic growth for Q2 2026, an adjusted EBITA margin of 17.6% supported by a customs refund of about SEK 336m as well as a favorable product mix, price adjustments and productivity improvements. CEO Mattias Perjos described the quarter as financially and operationally strong; Acute Care Therapies and Surgical Workflows showed growth, while Life Science was mixed with double-digit growth in Sterile Transfer but weakness in WIS. Getinge reports organic growth in Q4 2025 — margins hit by currency and tariffs

Getinge recorded organic sales growth of 1.2% in the fourth quarter of 2025 and an organic order intake increase of 2.3%. The adjusted EBITA margin fell to 17.8% from 19.4% a year earlier. Management attributes the margin pressure to strong currency and tariff effects (−464 million SEK in Q4, −1,052 million SEK for the full year). The company generated free cash flow of 1.6 billion SEK, proposes a dividend of 4.75 SEK, and reports net debt of 1.5x adjusted EBITDA (1.2x excluding pension liabilities).
