Auto supplier Grammer lowered its adjusted EBIT forecast for 2026 to around €70 million (previously €80 million) after a weak third quarter. Q3 revenue rose to €473.4 million, while adjusted operating EBIT fell to €11.4 million (previous year €14.3 million), and the margin dropped to 2.4 percent. The company cited higher ramp-up costs in the Americas, special tariffs in the US and Mexico, and burdens from the Iran conflict as reasons; the sales forecast of €1.9 billion remains unchanged. GRAMMER reports declining operating EBIT and revenue in Q1 2026
GRAMMER recorded a preliminary operating EBIT of around €18.3 million in the first quarter of 2026 (Q1 2025: €23.9 million) with an operating EBIT margin of 4.0%. Group revenue fell to about €462.0 million (Q1 2025: €487.4 million), weighed down mainly by declining sales and results in AMERICAS and APAC, notably in the margin-strong automotive business in China and in commercial vehicles. Operating EBIT was adjusted for positive currency effects of roughly €4.8 million. The management board confirms the full-year guidance of around €1.9 billion in revenue and approximately €80 million in operating EBIT, but points to a significant dependence on further geopolitical developments; the final quarterly report will be published on 29 April 2026. » More on finanzen.net
