ISS has published new medium-term targets: for 2028 the company aims for an operating margin of 5.5–6.0%, with the upper end exceeding the market expectation of 5.5%. • ISS recommends Genesco shareholders vote for entire board

Proxy adviser ISS is urging Genesco shareholders at the annual meeting on July 21, 2026, to vote for all nine board nominees put forward by the company and to withhold votes from dissident nominees Ballard and Poskon. ISS justifies the recommendation by noting Genesco’s total shareholder return (TSR) has outperformed the peer-group average over one-, three- and five-year periods, alongside improved operational performance and generally shareholder-friendly governance. The proxy contest was initiated by Bradley Radoff; Genesco has urged shareholders to vote using the white proxy card for its nine candidates. » More on de.investing.com
