In the first half of 2026, revenue rose by almost 12% to €640.7m, EBIT by over 19% to €158.2m (EBIT margin 24.7%) and net income by around 30% to €128.1m. Analysts see further potential from demand for efficient construction and planning software solutions, but warn that the stock already contains high expectations for the future and is expensively valued. » More on finanzen.net

With the acquisition of HCSS, Nemetschek strengthens its presence in North America and gains industry-specific data that are critical for developing powerful AI applications. » More on handelsblatt.com

Nemetschek delivered solid Q2 numbers (currency-adjusted revenue +14.5%, group result up more than 25% to €66 million), but the stock bounced off the resistance area of €66/67. After breaking the downtrend, the paper is technically poised, with a pullback finding support around €60/61. A sustained uptrend would first require crossing the 200-day moving average at about €70 and the resistance at €71/72. The price development also remains vulnerable to the volatile sentiment in the software sector, currently weighed down by profit-taking at SAP. » More on finanzen.net
