NICE beats Q2 expectations, stock falls 7.2% despite solid results

Amazon Web Services names NiCE as launch partner for new European sovereign cloud

AWS has selected NiCE as a launch partner for its newly established European Sovereign Cloud region. NiCE will offer its CXone agentic AI customer-experience platform inside the sovereign cloud so regulated European organizations can run AI agents, real-time copilots, workflow automation and analytics while keeping data within EU borders. NICE expands AI footprint as Sopra Steria deploys CXone and launches partner AI specialization

NICE announced Sopra Steria has deployed its CXone platform across France, Poland and India to equip over 2,000 employees and enable about 800 agents with Copilot for Agents, aiming to answer 90% of calls within 20 seconds. The rollout integrated with Sopra Steria’s ITSM, Active Directory and monitoring systems and was completed in three months.
