Consortium of Orange, Bouygues and Iliad agrees with Altice on sale of SFR
A consortium of Orange, Bouygues and Iliad has signed a letter of intent to buy SFR from Altice for âŹ20.35 billion. Under the plan, Bouygues would take about 42% of SFRâs assets, Iliad 31% and Orange 27%; agreements include possible purchase-price adjustments and exit clauses. Orange Business and Tech Mahindra are in exclusive talks on a five-year, non-equity strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation for enterprise customers. Planned elements include a joint go-to-market approach, regional collaboration, product innovation and AI-powered solutions, as well as outsourcing parts of global customer support, quoting and billing processes, and after-sales teams outside France to Tech Mahindra. Orange increases offer for remaining MasOrange stake to 4.8 billion euros
Orange has raised its offer for the remaining 50% stake in MasOrange to 4.8 billion euros, roughly 20% more than the July offer of 4 billion euros. The shares are held by KKR, Cinven and Providence.
