Adjusted profit was JPY 159.1 billion; the company left its full-year net profit forecast unchanged at JPY 530 billion. ORIX said it will calculate dividends based on adjusted profit rather than total profit going forward to make payouts less susceptible to Kioxia-related swings. The stock rose 4.58% in pre-market trading, but analysts warn of high volatility from Kioxia valuations. » More on de.investing.com
