Meridian Contrarian Fund cited PDF Solutions as a leading contributor in Q2 2026, praising its AI-driven shift since 2019 that converted consulting expertise into recurring software products. The fund noted PDFS's role in providing manufacturing analytics and yield-improvement tools for the semiconductor industry, and said recent positive earnings and broader semiconductor enthusiasm validated its investment thesis. PDF Solutions rises about 52% in Q2 after upsized secondary and fund buying
Riverwater Partners highlighted PDF Solutions as a top Q2 performer, reporting an approximate 52% quarterly return driven by accelerating demand for its yield analytics and data software. In May, Advantest exited an 8% stake via an upsized secondary in which PDF Solutions also sold shares to fund corporate purposes and potential debt reduction; Riverwater used the offering-related weakness to increase its stake and later trimmed after the sharp run. PDF Solutions closed at $44.81 on Aug. 28 with a market capitalization near $1.89 billion and a 52-week gain of about 118%. » More on finance.yahoo.com
