Pega launches AI offensive but reports weaker sales and lower growth
At the Citi TMT conference, Pega unveiled new AI tools such as Infinity ’26 and Infinity Studio, which the company says will drastically shorten development times. At the same time, currency-adjusted ACV growth for the quarter was 8%, well below the annual forecast of 15%, leading Pega to forecast lower year-end free cash flow for 2026 than the previously expected $575 million. Higher legal costs (now expected to be $70–90 million) and a delayed shift to a more active “hunter” sales model are weighing on the recovery, but Pega remains optimistic it will return to free cash flow of over $700 million in 2027/28. » More on de.investing.com

The agreement targets accelerated deployment, reduced complexity and joint go‑to‑market strategies in industries such as insurance, travel, transportation and financial services. The partnership builds on roughly two decades of collaboration between the two firms. » More on de.investing.com
Pegasystems shifts AI focus to measurable business value and case-based pricing

Products such as Blueprint, Infinity Studio and Agentic Process Fabric are intended to redesign processes, speed development and integrate AI “surgically” into workflows while preserving deterministic business rules. Pegasystems positions itself as a workflow and decision-management specialist for regulated large customers and remains model-agnostic in choosing Claude, Gemini and GPT. » More on de.investing.com
