Sun International reports 7.4% revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA of around ZAR 1.6bn (+2%) in the first half of 2026, driven by strong growth at SunBet (+35.5% to ZAR 1.2bn) and a return to growth at land-based casinos. The interim dividend was increased by 7.6% to ZAR 1.85, and the share rose modestly after the release. Margin pressure from high investment and inflation reduces the adjusted EBITDA margin to 24.1%, and free cash flow conversion at 47.1% is below the target corridor. Sun International reported adjusted EPS growth of about 8% in the first half of 2026. Gross gaming revenue at land-based casinos rose 4.4%, ending a three-year decline, while the online division SunBet grew by more than 35%. Margins were temporarily hit by higher bonus and marketing spend, and net gaming revenue for land-based operations rose only 1.5%.
