Utah Medical Products launches share buyback offer at $75 per share
Utah Medical Products is offering to repurchase up to 650,000 of its own shares at $75.00 per share, representing about 20% of outstanding shares. The offer runs for 15 trading days and the tender period ends on Oct. 7; the price is 17% above the average closing price over the past 12 months. If the offer is oversubscribed, initial allocations will favor retail investors tendering fewer than 100 shares; the board does not recommend participation. » More on de.investing.com
