Vitec Software has bought 80% of the shares in NMG for an undisclosed cash amount. NMG is a market leader in mission‑critical energy and industrial software in Poland and generated revenue of 38.4 million zloty (about €9 million) in 2024 with 92 employees; the existing owners remain involved as minority shareholders and in the company’s operations.
