Yubico offsets decline in hardware business with strong subscription growth

Yubico reported a 7.1% year‑over‑year revenue decline for Q3 2025 (currency‑adjusted -0.1%) and a 17% drop in orders, blaming delays in large contracts. The subscription business grew strongly: subscription revenue rose 22% and ARR increased 31.7%, while gross and EBIT margins came under significant pressure. Operating cash flow and a net cash position of 835.7 million SEK strengthen the balance sheet, although inventory rose as a share of total.
