Bolt Biotherapeutics delays phase 1 data and announces layoffs
Bolt Biotherapeutics said the initial clinical data from the dose‑escalation of BDC‑4182 will be delayed into the third quarter of 2026 after the study protocol was adjusted to implement stepwise dose increases following strong immune reactions at early dose levels. The stock fell about 4.6% in after‑hours trading. The company also announced a headcount reduction of roughly 50% to extend its financial runway to 2027. The strategic focus remains on the clinical development of BDC‑4182 and supporting ISAC collaborations to enhance shareholder value. » More on de.investing.com
