  • Ferrexpo receives $15m bridge loan from major shareholder and shares rise

Ferrexpo has entered an unsecured $15m loan agreement with majority shareholder Fevamotinico to secure short-term liquidity ahead of the announced roughly $100m capital raise. The loan is structured as an advance on part of Fevamotinico’s planned subscription (about $40m) and is intended to cover working capital and the resumption of pellet production. The news supports the ongoing recovery narrative after completion of the audit, reinstatement to trading by the FCA and the restart of production; the stock remains well below the 52-week high of 87.1p. » More on de.investing.com

  • Ferrexpo share rises over 33% after production restart and relisting

The Ferrexpo share climbed more than 33.6% today after mining and pellet production resumed at the Ukrainian plants. Production restarted following the completion of a $100 million capital raise, which allowed for a rapid ramp-up. At the same time, the Financial Conduct Authority confirmed the relisting of the securities for 7 September 2026; the listing had been suspended since 1 May due to delays in the audited consolidated financial statements. In light of ongoing attacks in the Black Sea, Ferrexpo plans to focus exports on customers in Europe. » More on de.investing.com

  • Ferrexpo reports $224m loss in 2025 and plans a capital increase

Ferrexpo posted a $224 million loss for fiscal year 2025 versus a $50 million loss in the prior year. Revenue fell 16% to $787 million, adjusted EBITDA dropped 60% to $28 million and the margin shrank to 3%. Production declined 9% to 6.1 million tonnes, while the share of iron ore concentrate increased sharply. The company suffered from withheld VAT refunds and temporary operational halts due to attacks on energy infrastructure, and does not rule out a capital increase of around $100 million to finance operating needs. » More on de.investing.com
