Figure prices $600 million senior note with 8.5% coupon
Figure has issued a $600 million senior note due 2031 with an 8.5% coupon at 100% of par in a private placement. The expected closing date is July 14, 2026; net proceeds are estimated at about $587.5 million. Figure intends to use the proceeds to partially finance the cash portion of the acquisition of Kiavi and for general corporate purposes and related fees; the issuance is not conditioned on the closing of the acquisition. The notes are jointly and severally guaranteed by domestic subsidiaries and were offered to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and to non‑US persons under Regulation S.
