Ten launches digital lifestyle platform for HSBC UK Premier customers

Ten Technologies has integrated the digital platform “Premier Lifestyle” for more than one million eligible HSBC UK Premier customers into HSBC’s mobile banking app. The platform offers digital benefits across travel, dining, entertainment and experiences, including the ticketing platform Ten Box Office, access to numerous Michelin restaurants, as well as discounted hotel rates and upgrades. HSBC enters bidding war for Nuvama Wealth

HSBC has joined the bidding contest for a 53.98% stake in Nuvama Wealth and Investment, competing with at least six private-equity firms, including Brookfield, Warburg Pincus, EQT, CVC, Permira, ChrysCapital and General Atlantic. PAG had restarted the sales process for the stake, worth about $1.8 billion; bidders recently submitted non-binding offers. HSBC issues bonds totaling 4 billion CNY due 2030 and 2034

HSBC has issued senior unsecured bonds totalling 4 billion CNY: 2.5 billion CNY with a 1.95% coupon due 2030 and 1.5 billion CNY with a 2.30% coupon due 2034. The securities were added to the Financial Conduct Authority’s list and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
