Nestlé considers marketing Cailler abroad after planned chocolate park in Broc
Nestlé is considering marketing the traditional Cailler brand internationally, says Nestlé Switzerland head Cédric Boehm. A planned chocolate-themed park in Broc is intended to increase visitor numbers and international recognition; total investments of around 400 million francs are planned, financed and carried out by local investors. Nestlé sells vitamin and supplement business for $1 billion to Yellow Wood Partners
Nestlé is selling its mainstream business in vitamins, dietary supplements and minerals for $1 billion to private-equity firm Yellow Wood Partners. The portfolio includes seven brands, among them Nature's Bounty and Sisu, and generated roughly $1.2 billion in sales last year, primarily in the U.S. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the first half of next year. Nestlé is divesting its mainstream vitamins, minerals and supplements business to US private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners for $1.0 billion. The deal includes brands such as Nature’s Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester‑C and Puritan’s Pride, as well as manufacturing and distribution sites; the sale is expected to close in H1 2027 after regulatory approval.
