Manuel Pablo Zuniga-Pflucker, president and CEO of PetroTal, sold a total of 2,200,000 common shares on August 31 and September 1, 2026, at an average price of C$0.51541 per share to cover personal tax liabilities arising from vested performance share units. On August 31, 1,823,500 shares were sold at C$0.5124 and on September 1, 376,500 shares at C$0.53.
