Sono Group will now act as a treasury company focused on digital assets, acquire Bitcoin and generate yield through a covered‑call strategy under an institutional ISDA framework; funds from the March 2026 financing have already been used to buy Bitcoin. The share trades at $2.59 (a steep recent decline) and although the company has more liquid assets than debt, it is burning cash quickly, which is critical for the new business model. » More on de.investing.com
