Vishay introduces inductive position sensor RAIK045I MP for industrial applications
Vishay has introduced the inductive absolute position sensor RAIK045I MP, offering 16-bit resolution, at least 14-bit repeatability and support for rotational speeds up to 10,000 rpm. The 45 mm diameter, 6.6 mm thin sensor provides absolute accuracy of â„10 bit (â0.35°), operates from -40 °C to +125 °C and comes standard with an SPI output (sin/cos on request). The sensor is aimed at robotics, motor drives, automated guided vehicles, wind power, drones and other industrial applications; the inductive technology reduces interference from external magnetic fields. Vishay launches CHEP series thin-film chip resistors for RF applications
Vishay has introduced CHEP series thin-film chip resistors in 0402 and 0603 sizes, offering nominal power ratings up to 1.8 W and 2.8 W respectively (depending on mounting) on aluminum nitride (AlN) substrates. The parts support frequencies up to 50 GHz (0402 flip-chip) and up to 40 GHz (0603), feature very low LC values, and are available in resistance values from 20 Ω to 120 Ω with tolerances down to ±1%. Target markets include telecommunications, 5G/6G infrastructure, satellites, aerospace, and defense. Vishay introduces new common-mode chokes for automotive and industrial applications
Vishay has announced the Vishay Dale ICMS2321-10 and ICMS2321-1A (automotive grade) common-mode chokes, available as SMD and through-hole versions. The parts offer rated DC currents up to 30 A, a dielectric strength of 1500 VDC between the windings, and are specified for operating temperatures up to 150 °C. The AECâQ200âqualified ICMS2321-1A is specifically aimed at on-board chargers; inductances range from 70 ”H to 480 ”H and DC resistance from 1.2 mΩ to 15.0 mΩ.
