YZi Labs accuses 10X Capital of violating SEC filing requirements

YZi Labs alleges that 10X Capital failed to disclose its economic stake of more than 5% in CEA Industries since the end of 2025 via Schedule 13D and is demanding the immediate filing of the report. YZi Labs also contends that Hans Thomas, founding partner of 10X and a director at CEA Industries, apparently did not submit a Form‑3 to disclose his holding. The accusations come amid an ongoing consent solicitation by YZi Labs to expand CEA’s board; YZi currently holds 2,150,481 common shares plus additional warrants.
