The group reports 2025 consolidated revenue of TEUR 56,957 and total EBITDA of TEUR 7,171 – the best result in the group's history. In the fourth quarter, revenue rose to TEUR 21,897 and EBITDA to TEUR 5,018, including a disposal gain from the sold ad agents segment. After the sale of ad agents, two segments will be reported going forward: solute (including Checkout Charlie) and Webgains; ad pepper will be included in the segment reporting as part of Webgains.
