Aedifica increases rental income 6.8% in 2025 and raises dividend

Aedifica reports rental growth of 6.8% in fiscal 2025 to €361m and an EPRA result of €244.8m (+4.3%). Adjusted earnings per share rose to €5.15, beating the company’s guidance and market consensus; an EPRA earnings per share of €5.20 is expected for 2026. The operating margin and occupancy rates improved, portfolio value stands at €6.3bn, and the EPRA LTV ratio fell to 39.7%. Aedifica receives approval for takeover of Cofinimmo subject to conditions

Belgian competition authority has approved Aedifica’s acquisition of Cofinimmo but requires the sale of healthcare properties in Belgium worth €300m over several years. With the clearance, the acceptance period begins on 30 January and runs until 2 March; results will be announced on 6 March and the first payment is scheduled for 13 March.
