The move comes amid heavy financial pressure: stock around $0.52, market capitalization roughly $4.2 million, and negative free cash flow of $12.9 million. AIM also completed a rights offering of about $1.8 million, creating a new class of series G preferred shares and 3,684,000 class G warrants. » More on de.investing.com
