Allot beats Q2 expectations and raises full-year guidance

Allot reported adjusted EPS of $0.2681 for Q2 on revenue of $82.64 million, both above analysts’ estimates. Security-as-a-Service revenue grew 47% and accounted for 34% of sales; recurring revenue was 67%. Management raised the 2026 revenue forecast to $115–118 million, and the company finished the quarter debt-free with $107 million in cash. Allot buyback prompts Riverwater to increase holding

Riverwater Partners' Micro Opportunities strategy increased its position in Allot following the company's substantial share buyback announcement.
