Aferian plans insolvency and sale of subsidiaries 24i and Amino

Aferian will initiate insolvency proceedings and sell the operating subsidiaries 24i and Amino to a single buyer in a pre-pack procedure. Senior creditors are supporting the transaction; negotiations are well advanced and completion is expected soon. Expected sale proceeds are well below the secured bank liabilities of $16.5 million, so shareholders are unlikely to receive any return.
