Apax Partners plans acquisition of Apax Global Alpha for 1.90 euros per share

Apax Partners has reached an agreement to acquire Apax Global Alpha Limited for 1.90 euros per share in cash, representing an 18.8% premium over the last closing price. The transaction values the investment company at around 916.5 million euros, but this is below its net asset value.
