ADARx Pharmaceuticals plans a US IPO targeting a valuation up to $1.74 billion and aims to raise as much as $371.9 million by offering 21.9 million shares at $15–$17 each. AbbVie agreed to invest up to $100 million in a concurrent private placement, representing roughly a 4.9% stake post-IPO. AbbVie’s Qulipta posts Phase 3 win for menstrual migraine, could gain label expansion

Qulipta met the primary endpoint in a Phase 3 trial by significantly reducing perimenstrual migraine days versus placebo, hit all secondary endpoints and showed no new safety signals, supporting a likely label expansion.
