AbbVie sees post-Humira growth thanks to pipeline and acquisitions

At the Morgan Stanley Healthcare Conference, AbbVie said it has offset Humira’s $18 billion revenue erosion with $28 billion in non‑Humira growth and is targeting a peak revenue that is about $10 billion above Humira’s high. Drivers are immunology and neuroscience; important near‑term catalysts include SKYRIZI (subcutaneous induction), new indications for RINVOQ, tavapadon and etentamig. The acquisition of Apogee brings zumilokibart for atopic dermatitis into late‑stage development, and AbbVie also sees long‑term potential in oncology and obesity. The payment date is November 16, 2026; shareholders of record are those registered at the close of business on October 15, 2026. AbbVie reaches all endpoints in phase-3 study on menstrual migraine

AbbVie reports that Atogepant met the primary and all eight secondary endpoints in the LUNA phase-3 study for preventive treatment of menstrual migraine. In the study of 468 participants, Atogepant reduced migraine days in the perimenstrual window by an average of 0.80 days versus placebo and showed significant improvements in headache burden, use of acute medications, functional impairment and cognitive function.
