  • Artemis Gold misses profit and revenue guidance for Q1 2026

    Artemis Gold reported Q1 2026 EPS of CAD 0.54 (expectation CAD 0.6985) and revenue of CAD 315.38m (expectation CAD 408.55m), both about 22–23% below analysts' estimates. Unplanned downtime at the processing plant reduced gold production to 61,800 ounces; adjusted EBITDA was CAD 176m, adjusted net income CAD 130m and operating cash flow CAD 128m.   • Artemis Resources: Julian Hanna moves from technical director to project manager for Cassowary

    With effect from 1 January 2026, Julian Hanna will resign from his position as technical director and become project manager for the Cassowary project. He will leave the board but remain as a consultant for at least two working days per week at AUD 1,500 per day and may receive a 1.0% success fee on transactions related to the project. Hanna is to drive the further development of Cassowary and the joint venture with Red Metal for the Sharon‑Dam IOCG target in the Madura copper belt.     Artemis Resources, at the request of the ASX, has clarified the announcement on the Titan East gold discovery and confirmed a 19‑metre interval at 1.6 g/t gold from 127 m in hole 25ARRC025, as well as the previously reported 5 m at 13.1 g/t from 132 m in 25ARRC006. The company added depth details, removed the statement that five of six Phase‑2 holes align with gold-bearing systems, and noted an absence of visible gold mineralisation in core from 25ARDD006.
