Springer Nature confirms full-year guidance after strong organic quarterly growth
Springer Nature slightly increased nominal revenue in the first quarter by 0.3% to €451.4m, while organic growth was 6.2%. Adjusted operating profit fell 1.1% to €106.7m but rose organically by 8.6%. Free cash flow improved to €204.4m. Springer Nature share recovers after positive outlook for 2026
After a surprisingly strong outlook for 2026, Springer Nature shares rose about 7.5% in premarket trading to €16.20. The company signaled revenue growth likely above consensus and an unexpected margin increase. Springer provisionally insolvent, business operations to continue
The auto parts and industrial engineering company Springer from Stuhr is under provisional insolvency administration; the Syke local court appointed lawyer Christian Kaufmann as provisional insolvency administrator in early March. Around 300 employees are affected; operations are to be maintained for the time being and wages are secured through insolvency pay.
