    The Atlas‑Gruppe has applied to the Delmenhorst local court to open insolvency proceedings under self-administration in order to enable a restructuring while maintaining business operations. Management remains in office; the law firm KösterBerner is taking over the operational restructuring and Hendrik Gittermann has been appointed preliminary trustee. Production, spare-parts service and customer service are to continue; the group most recently generated around €150 million in revenue and employs about 400 people, whose wages are secured by insolvency pay through April 2026.
