AtlasâGruppe files for insolvency under self-administration
The AtlasâGruppe has applied to the Delmenhorst local court to open insolvency proceedings under self-administration in order to enable a restructuring while maintaining business operations. Management remains in office; the law firm KösterBerner is taking over the operational restructuring and Hendrik Gittermann has been appointed preliminary trustee. Production, spare-parts service and customer service are to continue; the group most recently generated around âŹ150 million in revenue and employs about 400 people, whose wages are secured by insolvency pay through April 2026. Atlas Corp supports Q3 2025 through acquisitions and reports organic revenue growth
Atlas Corp reported revenue of SEK 41,600 million for the third quarter of 2025 and an operating margin of 20.5%, supported by strategic acquisitions of ABC Compressors and a 70% stake in ShareWay. Organic revenue growth was 1%, with strong gains of 10% each in North America and Europe; undiluted earnings per share were SEK 1.37.
