Atlas Arteria reports an operating net profit after tax of AUD 94.3m in H1 2026 (+29%), while currency effects, acquisition-related costs and the settlement of a put option led to a statutory net loss of AUD 73.3m. Proportional toll revenues and EBITDA rose slightly on a constant-currency basis; operating free cash flow per share fell 1.5% to AUD 0.191. The company confirmed its 2026 distribution guidance of AUD 0.40 per share and has temporarily suspended brownfield acquisitions to focus on value creation in the existing portfolio.
