ATN sells tower portfolio for $268m in cash
ATN completed the initial closing of the sale of its tower portfolio in the southwestern US to EIP Holdings IV for $268m in cash; up to a further $30m is expected over the next 12 months upon achievement of technical milestones. The company is using $68m of the proceeds to repay revolving credit facilities at CoBank. The deal lowers the 2026 financial outlook: for the remaining seven months ATN expects consolidated revenue to decline by $3m, operating income by $4m and adjusted EBITDA by $7m, and has therefore reduced full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to $183–193m (previously $190–200m). » More on de.investing.com
