Avalon Holdings: directors confirmed and advisory vote on compensation approved

Avalon increases revenue in first quarter and reduces net loss

Avalon recorded a revenue increase in the first quarter, driven by growth in its waste management segment to US$11.5 million (prior year US$9.7 million).
