Alumasc expects decline in revenue and adjusted profit for fiscal year 2026

Alumasc forecasts revenue of around £107m for the year ending 30 June 2026 (previous year £113m) and an adjusted pre‑tax profit of about £10m (previous year £14m). Order book increased by 49% in June 2026 versus June 2025; Housebuilding reported revenue growth of around 16%, Building Envelope was stable and Water Management fell by about 16% (adjusted for the CLK project: ≈3%). Alumasc suspends CEO Pamela Bingham – non-executive chair Vijay Thakrar takes over interim

The Alumasc Group has suspended CEO Pamela Bingham pending the conclusion of an investigation into her professional conduct. Non-executive chair Vijay Thakrar will temporarily assume the duties of executive chair and will be supported by the managing directors of the business divisions and the CFO.
