Baker Steel Resources Trust has launched a share buyback program and entered into an irrevocable agreement with Shore Capital Stockbrokers, which will independently decide the timing of market purchases. Repurchases will be made within set parameters up to the general authorization of 24 September 2025 or until the maximum cash amount is reached, for no more than 15,958,729 shares. The maximum price per share is capped at the higher of 105% of the average closing price over the preceding five trading days or the higher independent trading price/bid; all acquired shares will be cancelled. Baker Steel Capital Managers LLP has reduced its holding in Tungsten West PLC to 13.56% of the voting rights and now holds 25,596,515 shares, according to a TR-1 filing submitted on 3 September. The shares are held via Baker Steel Resources Trust Ltd, based in St. Peter’s Port, Guernsey; Baker Steel says it holds no additional voting rights through financial instruments and is not controlled by any natural or legal person. » More on de.investing.com
