Barrick secures extensive participation and veto rights on projects and commits to certain voting behaviour; in return the company offers technical support for drilling programmes in the 2027/2028 seasons. Kingfisher intends to invest at least 80% of the proceeds in exploration and development of the HWY-37 project in the Golden Triangle.
