  • BAUER announces half a billion euros in investments through 2030 and is considering a change of legal form

    BAUER closes fiscal year 2025 with improved profile figures: EBITDA €234.7m (+4.78%), profit after tax €12.5m (+28.87%), equity ratio 32.6% and net financial debt €293m (-28%). Around €500m in investments are planned through 2030, of which €270m are for BAUER Maschinen focusing on sites in Schrobenhausen/Aresing and on new international customer and service centers.     Mendell Helium plc reports progress on two US wells: Rost 1-26 in Fort Dodge, Kansas, will be dewatered in early September and processed with a on-site pressure-swing adsorption unit; a Bauer compressor is expected to arrive in mid-September. In Nebraska, drilling has started at the Jasper well, with costs expected to be under $100,000; the site is also cited as a potential Bitcoin-mining location because of a nearby fiber-optic cable.
