Court dismisses most of Ben & Jerry’s lawsuit against Unilever
A U.S. district judge has dismissed seven of the ten claims in Ben & Jerry’s lawsuit against Unilever, largely rejecting demands related to management and activism. Two monetary claims remain, and part of a demand concerning suitability requirements for independent board members can proceed.
