  • Birks Group secures $32.5 million loan and extends credit facilities to 2031

    Birks Group has entered into a five-year, senior secured loan of $32.5 million with 1903P Loan Agent (Gordon Brothers), refinancing an existing $26 million loan. The revolving facility with Wells Fargo Canada was extended to June 2031 and increased by $3 million to $93 million; interest rates vary by currency and utilization. A $3.75 million loan agreed with Mangrove Holding was extended to June 2031 and will bear interest of 12.2% starting August 2026; annual principal repayments are scheduled to begin in 2028.
