Blue Hat postpones 1-for-50 reverse stock split to March 9, 2026

Blue Hat has moved the planned 1-for-50 reverse stock split from March 6 to March 9, 2026; trading on a split-adjusted basis will begin at the market open on March 9. After the split, each 50 shares will automatically be consolidated into one common share; fractional shares will be rounded up and no fractional shares will be issued. Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technologie announces capital increase at $0.20 – shares down 74% premarket

The company said it will conduct a guaranteed placement of 32 million units at $0.20 each, which should generate roughly $6.4 million gross proceeds before fees. Each unit consists of one common share and an immediately exercisable warrant with an initial exercise price of $0.20, which will be adjusted to 70% and 50% on the second and fifth trading day after closing; warrant holders can also opt for a cashless exercise within one year and would then receive twice the number of shares.
